Decent STS 2003 USER manual

I'm looking for a good end user manual for STS 2003. It needs to cover simple things like posting files, creating alerts, joining a discussion, etc plus slightly more complicated topics such as public and private pages. I've got admin manuals, but nothing showing a nontechnical user how to get around in it.

Any ideas?

Where did you get the admin manuals? I'd be interested in getting some since it looks like we're about ready to do a test implementation.
