Dear users,

It is for us a crime to debug a SP. Is there any posibillity to check step by step a SP. We are using sqlserver 2000.

Can someone give an indication how the best/easiest way is to debug a SP? Maybe a url?

Nice regards,

Michelle.

Using QA - right click on the sp and select debug - this will provide you with a debug window where you can provide params etc and then step through the SP to see what actually happens - very useful tool !

Thanks for the information but we can't find the debug posibillity. We made a printscreen and placed it under url:

Its double language:
knippen = cut
kopieren = copy
verwijderen = delete
naam wijzigen = rename
eigenschappen: propperties

Where can we find the debug posibillity?

Michelle.

The debug option is within the Object Browser in Query Analyzer, not Enterprise Mgr.
