Hi all,

for windows there is dbgview to trace Voicemail Operations.

Does anybody know how I would do this on the Linux version?

Login in to the webcontrol and go to settings.
Then set the logging to Verbose.
I think you can do this from the VMPro client too when you are logged in.
Just press F9 and you will see it.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Where should this information become visible?

the log page (as webcontrol) stays blank

There should be a file become available.
I had the same problem today, it just did not show up.
But i had one a couple of days ago with a problem logged in it.

I just had a look.
Login with a SSH client and go to the folder opt/vmpro/logs
There are the debugview logs.

You don't even have to do that Peter.

1) Webcontrol > Settings > change Voicemail debug level to Verbose
2) Logs > Download > Create Archive button in Logs section
3) Download the desired log depending on what you are debugging

Kyle, you are right.
For me it did not show up because i did not actually made a call.
I was trying to reproduce bug 17 on the NPI site.
But it does change nothing so there is nothing in the log and is not even made.

Thnx guys,

I also forgot to generate a call first...
