debug toggle bar missing

I don't know what it's called, but that bar used in VBA to toggle breakpoints is missing. It's rather a pain not be able to click and unclick a line.

Does anyone know how to get it back? I haven't found anything on reseting VBA settings.

Not sure I completely understand your question:

Make sure you have the "Full Module View" button chosen. There are two very small buttons at the bottom of where the vertical bar should be; click the right one.
 
It's the grey bar where you select a line to step into when you run your code. It's on the left side of the code.

Don't know - perhaps repair the install (from Access - Help | Detect and Repair)? Or just learn F9 and Ctrl+Shift+F9?
