Debug Display from Web on IP Phone

Does anybody know how to read the debug display from the web on the IP phone (e.g. if you pull up the IP address of the phone in a web browser, go to Debug Display)? I'm trying to determine if the number after the time is a date, or if it's something else (and what it is, if it isn't a date) (I know what the debug itself means, just trying to find out what that number means after the timestamp):
