WE HAVE A SUCCESSION RLS 4 (OPTION 11) AND OUR DIGITAL PHONES WILL STOP WORKING AND WILL NOT COME BACK WITH A DISU AND ENLU. IF WE OUT THE PHONE AND REBUILD IT THEN IT WORKS. ANYONE SEEN THIS BEFORE.

Have you tried pulling the card and putting back in?

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

Yes. We have tried reseating the card as well as disabling and re enabling but nothing works except outing and rebuilding the phone. All phones are 2616D and some 2008.

You might want to try an INI before outing and rebuilding every digital phone in your system.
