Dead SMDR5... Asking for a firmware !

Hi, I have a few SMDR5 here, and one of them (the one I'm using on our own system) just stopped working last week-end. Led is blinking twice a second but no data sent out.

I just had the idea to plug it back and hook hyperterminal. I can now see it spitting

Any clue ? Does a firmware exist for those babies ??
