Customer system using R9 SP7,
calls inbound ring first call appearance on phone. If they pick up the call too quickly, the call jumps to the 2nd call appearance and the first one is dead. Using a PRI.
Anyone see this before on a PRI? Perhaps it's one of those goofy SIP to PRI deals and the sip doesn't get the message it's been answered quickly enough.
