Trying to deprogram CAP in BCM400. What is the key to doing this. everytime I try to clear the existing DN to None it tells me that it is invalid. I've tried to enter "None", DN*, Nothing at all, none of these are working. Any thoughts?

Sorry, I might have been to vague in question. I was talking about in Element Manager, when you try to remove an assigned DN from the list of CAP's I'm not sure how to do it

Thanks

Try removing it in software after disconnecting it from the line cord.

Tried your suggestion Dewey. These are IP sets that I'm attempting to remove from list. Unplugging the set and then removing from list didn't work either. Element Manager wants something in the list in place of DN and I don't know what?

If it's IP, try deregistering the IP set.

Tried that too Dewey.... still not allowing me to remove DN from list in Element Manager. the only way to get a particular DN off this list is to switch it with another DN, but then I have the wrong DN in the list instead. Very frustrating!!
