Have made the migration to Cisco Unity Connetion and want to power down our Call Pilot currently connected to a CS1000. The CS1000 will continue to be our primary PBX but I want to remove system programming related to the Call Pilot.

my check list includes the following steps, can someone confirm?

1) LD 48
a) DIS_ELAN_xx (Call Pilot)

2) LD 17
a) OUT_ADAN_xx (for Call Pilot)
b) OUT_VAS_xx (for Call Pilot)

3) LD 48
a) OUT ELAN_xx (Call Pilot)

4 LD 23
a) OUT_ACD_xxxx (ACD for Call Pilot CDN)
b) OUT_CDN_xxxx (CDN for Call Pilot)

Your ELAN is built and outed in LD 17, not 48. You also need to out the 2008 sets before you out the ACD que.

So in order to out the ELAN in LD 17 I need to out the VAS first then the ADAN for Call Pilot?

Here is the config under the CFN in LD 22 for the ELAN 16, Call Pilot in regards to a specific order to remove. Does it matter which one I move first?

ADAN ELAN 16
CTYP ELAN
DES CALLPILOT
N1 512

VAS
VSID 016
ELAN 016
SECU NO
INTL 0001
MCNT 9999

We have a 1005R running 5.0 SU7 which was actually powered down and removed this past week.

Need to do in this order - assuming Call Pilot is powered down

1 - remove sets
2 - removed CDN
3 - remove default ACDNs
4 - modify any dummy ACD or Phantoms TN to correct voice mail service
5 - removed VAS
6 - remove ELAN
