Please can any of the collective help with the following (Please bear in mind I am not an administrator of the PBX, the question has been thrown at me to find the answer):
The Philips SOPHO system is being used in a multi tenant environment where there is a reception switchboard who can front calls for tenants in the building. The tenants have one or more DDI numbers.

We have numerous requests to answer the telephone in a tenant’s absence or when their phone is engaged. Their call diverts to the reception switchboard, however switchboard does not display which extension has been diverted, nor which tenant the original call was directed to, only that the call is an internally generated diversion.

Is it possible to have some sort of identification text (Tenant Name or Ext No.) added to the diverted call so that the reception switchboard know where it has come from? If so please would you be so kind as to post some instruction on how to do this?

Many thanks. Nigel.
