Hi,

In a bit of a pickle :(

Is there a way to get a list of DDI number ranges? I have manage to export a full list of every number however this contains other extensions which are internal only. I need to get a list of DDI's for all sites/3300

Currently I am seeing internal only numbers, VM port numbers, Service number.

We have 3300's in each site on release level :5.0 sp2 PR1

Cheers
Mo

Forgot to Add, the list I exported only contains extensions that have been created. It does not include ranges we have but are empty. For example if we have the 8200 range but have not created any extensions in the 8200 range. So the list I have might be missing entire ranges because the range has never been used

This is something that you will need to ask your carrier.

Sarond is correct in saying that this could be anything. The 3300 will absorb the first couple of digits and the rest will be used to deliver at the configured destination. The amount of digits that is being absorbed can be found in the Trunk Service/ trunk Attributes.
There might be a chance that the outgoing CPN substitution is being used and I assume that it can give you a hint on the DID numbers that are being used.(assumption is the mother of all F@>%up's

Thanks guys, I will check with our carrier :D

Cheers
