Hi members !
Help me please with the following:
I have to assign external PSTN number 0266205020 to extension nr. 20020 as DDI. Can you tell me the commands please ? If it's something to do with NUTRI I don't have it, my system is MX ONE SP5.
Thank you very much !

Hi Pviorel !

Thank you for your reply, I hope we'll keep in touch. It would be great to have a phone or mail contact, I don't know if it's possible ...
I managed the problem, I'll write in this thread if I need any other help regarding to DDI's .
Thanks a lot and all the best !
E.

Yes Viorel, 20020 is a digital extension in our MX ONE PBX.
I've solved the problem like this:
I've looking in the number_conversion_print table how the another extensions are configured as DDIs, because I have had another ones already set, for example 20015..20019 was functional. I gave command number_conversion_initiate with params. convtype=0, numtype=0, entry=020, route=3, pre=20020, trc=3.
It seems it's working well now.
Thanks a lot pviorel, we'll talk I hope in another threads also!

I wanted to ask you what is the extension to which you answer in order to call you (20007?).
you also need to set the output parameters convtype = 1, numtype = 10, for entry = 020.

Hello Pviorel !
I will send you this afternoon the number_conversion_print table, I have some question regarded, thanks !

Hi! pviorel
My number_conversion_print table is the following for outgoing calls :

MDSH> number_conversion_print
Number conversion data:
Entry Cnvtyp Numtyp Rou Tardest Pre Trc Newtyp Cont Bcap Hlc
20001 1 10 3 205 2
20002 1 10 3 205 2
20003 1 10 3 205 2
20004 1 10 3 205 2
20005 1 10 3 205 2
20006 1 10 3 205 2
20007 1 10 3 205 2
20008 1 10 3 205 2
20009 1 10 3 205 2
2001 1 10 3 205 2
20020 1 10 3 020 5
20021 1 10 3 021 5
20026 1 10 3 026 5
20027 1 10 3 027 5
20029 1 10 3 029 5
20030 1 10 3 030 5
201 1 10 3 1 3
202 1 10 3 2 3
20302 1 10 3 022 2
20303 1 10 3 023 2
20304 1 10 3 024 2
20305 1 10 3 025 2
20308 1 10 3 028 2
2031 1 10 3 03 4
2032 1 10 3 04 4

I understand the parameters used for extensions from 20001 .. 20009, but I don't understand how it works and what are doing the settings for following :
2001,20020,20021,20026,20027,20029,20030,201,202. What I don't really understand is that we truncate 5 digits (for example) from 20026 and adding a pre=026, the PBX how it knows that the converted nr. will be 0266205026 ? How it works by the 201 and 202 as well ?
Thanks in advance for your help !

hi! EndreMD
for no 2001
Entry Cnvtyp Numtyp Rou Tardest Pre Trc Newtyp Cont Bcap Hlc
2001 1 10 3 205 2

for entry 2001 if we cut 2 remains 01 then add 205, we will have 20501 (0-9 last digit in the extension pabx)
no will show 0266 prefix +205 +010,011,012 ... 019
the numbers will show 0266205010 .... 0266205019

Entry Cnvtyp Numtyp Rou Tardest Pre Trc Newtyp Cont Bcap Hlc
20026 1 10 3 026 5
for entry 20026 if we cut 5 remains 0 then add 026, we will have 026 are the last 3 digits of the extension, probably telekom adds 0266205
no will show 0266 prefix +205 +026
the number will show 0266205026
when you call from extension 20026 on a mobile phone it appears on mobile 0266205026 ?

Hi! pviorel
Tomorrow I will look at 20026 extension to see what you asked for.
Thank you , all the best !

2031 1 10 3 03 4
2032 1 10 3 04 4

This is now the table for outgoing conversions.
Let me explain how calls appears in reality with the table-above :
If I call from 20001..20021 and 20026,20027,20029,20030 sent number is correct: calls from 20007 appears as 0266205007.
If I call from 201xy or from 202xy the numbers appears also correct.
If I call from 20302,20303,20304,20305,20308 the sent nr. isn't correct, because on mobile appears 0266205000 not 0266205303 and so on.
If I dial from 2031x or from 2032x the calls appears correct.
I think it's nothing to do with settings because they appears to be OK, I'm wondering if it could be from the service provider? I don't understand why the group of extensions 20302..20308 doesn't appears correct and the group 20312..20320 it appears right ...

Thanks for your patience !

you can try to delete 20302 .... 20308, 2031 & 2032
you can try :
Number conversion data: Entry Cnvtyp Numtyp Rou Tardest Pre Trc
203 1 10 3 3 3

Thanks a lot pviorel !
I'll try it tomorrow at work and I let you know the results !

Hi! pviorel,
Doesn't works neither with deleting and reconfiguring those extensions.
I think it's something wrong with DDI-s assigned by the PSTN Service Provider.
I let you know on further solutions if I'll be able to manage someones.
Thanks again, see you on other threads :)
Endre.
