I have a user that is receiving an error when she intiates our File Maker application via her Citrix Session. The application is installed on the server and it is not a published application. It is only available in the Citrix Desktop. No one else has issues just this individual user accessing this application. There are two applications available for users in their Citrix Desktop and the user is able to access one but not the FileMaker application.
Here is the error that is displayed when she initiates the application:
DDE Server Window:FileMaker Pro.exe-Application Errror
The instruction at "0x77fcb21d" referenced memroy at "0x02142105". The memory could not be "read".
So what I am doing at this point is resetting the user's session and deleting her TS profile from the server. The user logs in creates another TS profile and she is able to access the application. No changes have been made to the Citrix Server. I have a server farm with 2 W2K servers, is it possible to point one user to a specific server in the farm?
Any info would be great!
