Here is the problem…….. We don’t seem to have DCS configured correctly (I know I am missing somthing!), we are not receiving CPN Number information from our Hub sites, just our Main site where our Voice Mail is set up. The VM System is not recognizing the calling number if you are calling from a switch that is DCS’d to our main site, if you are calling from the main site to either the DCS'd nodes or the VM System it sends it perfect………Below are station traces to illustrate what I am talking about as well as all relevant configurations, if you need to see somthing else please let me know.....

trunk 97 'Used for dcs=n"

Phoneguy55, I don't believe it can be used for DCS.... Not a remote node, trunk group is for VM system, not PBX, am I missing somthing?

Thanks....

Hi,
I note the VMS system name is AVST. Is this a CallXpress? If so what integration are you using, 120JCT?

Speak softly and carry a big switch

We are using QSIG, and the trunk and siginaling groups are as above.....
