DCPROMO error

The operation failed because: Failed to modify the necessary properties for the machine account ServerName$
"Access is denied. "


I run the dcpromo on an extra server on the network and recieve this error message. Any solutions??

Did you check its DNS Configuration?
Did you supply a Domain Admin password\User?

How do you check the dns configuration? I used the domain Admin username/password
