When using DCP integration you set up dual data modules for each channel you are using from the PRI T1. or you can use BRI boards and NT1 convertors.

We had a seperate ISDN phone line installed to our Polycom video conference equipment and that line goes to an NT1 box. I have also called Polycom's help line before when our NT1 box went out. The number is of course 1-800-polycom. Hope this helps..
