TTThio - I'm having the same problem and don't quite understand where to put the formulas in. I have done basic access applications and only know a little on formulas. Can you help? s-)
you can use the Dcount functions in columns in your queries. You can add them to reports and forms also. They are very useful, but add some overhead. MS Access help has a pretty good explanation of how to use them.
