DCOM error when connecting to Citrix servers

We are running Metaframe XPe FR2, when a user connects an error shows up in the event manager

Unable to start a DCOM Server: {E63F16AA-7C16-4697-826C-98B7A5092299}. The error:
"The system cannot find the file specified. "
Happened while starting this command:
C:\Program Files\Citrix\ICA Client\ssoncom.exe -Embedding

The user is not effected, I wasn't sure if this was a sign of something larger, or just a nuisance.

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.
 
It was all users, but I think the fix by xs4citrix worked.

I'm having the same problem. Now....this is a dumb question, I know, but where is 'Tools => ICA settings'?

I can't find anything similar under the CMC, or under the Citrix Connection Configuration tool.

Ignore my question above, I was looking in totally the wrong place! The config above doesn't match the set up here, hence the confusion.
