DCOM Error : 424 (Object required) on connecting from Win 2000.

I am a VB Programmer working in a software company.<br><br>There is&nbsp;&nbsp;a setup with one NT Server 4.0 (SP5), say WinNTSRV1. <br>which has a set of components residing on it.<br><br>These components have to be accessed from a client machine(Win NT/Win 2000),<br>There are 2 client machines, say WinClient1(Win NT Workstation), <br>and WinClient2(Windows 2000). When connecting to&nbsp;&nbsp;WinNTSRV1 through<br>WinClient1 the application goes through but on through WinClient2 <br>- the&nbsp;&nbsp;application hangs for 2 or 3 minutes and gives an error 424 -

I checked the client registry <br>for the class id of the component.
