DCL for Windows

Hi I'm looking for a DCL interpreter for windows, I need to convert a really old VAX/VMS program that consists of DCL commands to a windows based environment.

If you merely want to be able to run DCL under Windows NT/2000, rather than actually run a virtual VMS machine, you might check out XLNT.
