Dchannel Daughterboard on Dual loop PRI

I have a point to point T1 between an Option 11C and an Option 81C. The 81C has a dual loop PRI card on loop 116 w/ a Dchannel dauterboard on it. I tried bringing it up but the Dchannel won't come up. I got this on the 81C side when I tried to enable the MSDL:

No, I did not do an FDL. I'm wondering if perhaps the guy on site has the dip switch set wrong on the dual loop card.

looks like it's trying to download.... the dip switches could be the problem, they are only used when a dch daughterboard is! Try the ENL MSDL 8 FDL and post

Is there a chance the switch will INI if I try an FDL and the dip switch is set wrong?

Thanks everyone. Switch 8 on SW 3 was wrong. Changed it and it popped right up.
