Hello,
I am networking another option 11C to our Option 81C. I have built all the requirements including: DLOP in CEQU, D-channel in ADAN, RDB and Trunks. When I attempt to bring the circuit up, the trunks come up, but I receive this error for the D-channel:
DCH: 5 DISABLE INDICATION TIME: 14:10:14
REASON - ** (00000086)
Any idea what this means, and the methods for fixing it? Thanks in advance!!

Do the lights on the PRI cards indicate the cct is good. Can you do a loop back test at each successfully

wdhb,
The LEDs on the Dual PRI card look good, as well as the lights on the CSU/DSU. I have not tried any loopback tests on either the circuit or the MSDL. It won't allow me to do testing on the dchannel, as it's state is always disabled, and I cannot manually enable.

have you done an FDL on the MSDL card after programming the dchs.
Are you dis the dch - then disl at both ends then enll the loops

When I attempt to to an FDL on the the dchannel, it comes back and tells me that it failed. Is it possible to do an FDL on the entire MSDL, and will this disrupt my other three D Channels?
Yes, that is the procedure I use to bring the circuit up. Unfortunately, I am no longer on-site, but can tell you what exact msg I am receiving when I try a FDL on the D Channel.

yes it will affect the other d-ch's

I would use
dis d-ch
dis msdl x
enl msdl x fdl

dis msdl x all
enk msdl x fdl
check your cables, are you going to a tmdi in the 11, if so what is the stat on the tmdi. look up any codes you get when you enable the pri in 60.

Thanks to all,
I will give this a try today, and post back with my results.

Oops, forgot to post yesterday!!
I thank the both of you for the working solution to my problem. An FDL on the MSDL card did clear up the DCH error I was receiving. The circuit is up and functioning fine!! Thanks again!
