(Dch Message) Cause #42 SWED EQIP CONGESTION

I can not seem to call forward offsite. If I hard call forward the set, I can dial the Ext internally and it will go offsite no problem. If I call from the out side, I get the following message. The eu said it worked before. The call is coming in and out of the same PRI. I have changed Opt to cfo and cff in the cdb changed the ncos on the trunks same scenario. Any help would be appreciated. The pbx is in Germany. Thanks

What do you use to dial out? The phone is CFW to 006989303000. Where is the AC1 code

CDB needs to be CFF And as thattekguy said.

1) to thattekguy Ac1 is (0) The number is good, I can call the number from the set and also if I dial from and internal number the call goes through. The only problem is when I call from the outside.
2) to acewarlock: I posted the cdb and it is set for CFF I also tried CFO and set the NCOS to 7 which the FRL is set for 7 on the trunks.

If you can call from the phone and also from other phones calling this Ext, then the only other thing that can effect it is CDB must be CFF, (Call Forward Forwarding Set is the controller of the call forward) unless you have Trunk to Trunk Barring Enabled.

Check the DSEL setting for the incoming and outgoing routs. If they are different that could cause the error that you are receiving, especially if the incoming rout is 3VCE and the outgoing rout is not.

Do you need to change the EFD prompt, try to put that to a ACDDN NCFW out of the PBX.

Acewarlock: As my orininal post said I have changed the CDB to CFF same issue. I am not sure what the Trunk Barring is but I do have Tromboning set for yes. The calls are coming in and going out the same route.

Indyrich: The calls are going in and out the same route.

thetheguy: EFD is for CFNA I am trying to hard call forward the call to a outside number.

I maybe off base here but, check in CDB under NET to see if trunk to trunk transfers are allowed.
