Hi Everyone

Thanks all in advance

Could someone please tell me how to find which DCH is associated to which loop ?
Please find below the Stat DCH and Stat(loop) info for your reference.

The reason why I am asking this is that I can see ""DCH 029 : OPER RLS"", but I do not know which is loop associated to it so that I can bounce both of them

Loops to Physical card slots in case of the CS1000E are seen in LD 22
REQ prt
TYPE cequ

Then DCH to Loops are seen in LD 22
REQ prt
TYPE adan dch

in the DCH print outs you see DCHL specifying the Loop the DCH is associated with

here are some examples from a US CS1000E system

In the CEQU you see DLOP for T1 and the Frame settings etc., if elsewhere E1 is under PRI2

DLOP NUM DCH FRM TMDI LCMT YALM T1TE TRSH MG_CARD
PRI 050 24 ESF YES B8S FDL 0 00 008 0 01
051 24 ESF YES B8S FDL 0 00 008 0 02

ADAN DCH shows

ADAN DCH 50
CTYP TMDI
MG_CARD 008 0 01 <----Physical Card for the DCH, with CS1000E TMDI its going to match the PRI
PORT 1 <------Port on the DCH card with TMDI/MSDL of a CS1000E it will be port 1, MSDL on CS1000M it could be a 4 port MSDL card so ports 0-3
DES UX1_P1_2
USR PRI
DCHL 50 <----------The Loop
OTBF 32
PARM RS232 DTE

Also if you look at the LD 60 STAT, Channel 24 for each Loop shows the assigned DCH.

As you guys see, there is a YELLOW alarm in one of the loops and the status is not changing even after bouncing it. I disable the dch first and then disable and enable the loop as it is the process. But the status is remain unchanged.

The reason why I am doing it, there is a number which is giving fast busy dial tone. There are three strange things I found

1. I could not find the number in IDC
2. I could not even locate the number in Adaptations
3. When I check the local number tied to it, it is a phantom number and call forwarding is enabled for a different number which is reachable.

Number I am dialing is 4167583118 (3118 - local internal number) - condigured on a Phantom Number - DCFW 91xxxxxxxxxx

Please let me know if there is anything I am missing or I need to check.

Regards
