Hello, I am planning to accomplish almost same thing like this thread thread798-741566

Our company number is : 1111111111
Person A : 2222222222
DID : 1234567890
Extenal number : 1472583690

Person A dial DID 123456789 ---> IDC --> it's goes to phantom TN --> external number

When the external person answer the call, it show's Person A number but we would like to show the company number.

What is happening
2222222222 ---> DID 1234567890 --> 1472583690 Caller ID : 2222222222

What we want :
2222222222 ---> DID 1234567890 --> 1472583690 Caller ID : 1111111111

It's this possible with phantom or what are our other solutions.

Thank's for any guide.

Learning is not enough, you have to apply it...

Check out the FAQ section - Couple of very good examples in CLID section

I created CLID and associted with the phantom TN.

the CLID is below :

ESA_HLCL 1111111
ESA_INHN YES
ESA_APDN NO
HLCL 1111111
DIDN YES
DIDN_LEN 6
HLOC
LSC
CLASS_FMT DN

Still no luck

yes I did but same thing :(

I even tried call forward with analog phone instead of phantom but still not working.

I am seeing the calling person number instead of our phone system main number.

Any guide ?

maybe try this in CLID

HTN 111 (NPA)
ESA HLCL (111) (NXX)
HLCL (1111111) ( NPA + NXX)
DIDDN NO
DIDLN 0

Still same thing nothing different

Ok try this, in the CDB under the NET gateway at the OCLI prombt put EXT.

EXT = Last forwarding DN is sent as CLID information

Just remember that effects all phones on the system so make sure you have their CLID on the phones set correctly.

just curious ....

- what is displayed when person A calls an external number directly (11111111 or 22222222)
- does your service package with your carrier allow the customer to modify CLID?
