DC Promo Problems

HI

I am trying to add a 2003 Server to a 2K domain. I have run Adprep for the forest and domain and both completed without problems. Adprep was run from the 2k3 CD and all updates on the 2K server are upto date.

When i run the DCpromo on the 2003 server i get the error that "the shema is not compatible" and to run adprep?

Adprep wont run again as it says is all OK

Any ideas?

You need to run adprep from your R2 disc.

I ran adprep from the 2003 server disk 1 I386/support are you saying i should run it from the second disk under cmpnents/r2/adprep.
