I have IP Office (500 v1) running 8.1. Our phone is 1416 running DBM32's.

The DBM32's have two LED indicators for each button, red and green. By troubleshooting I have determined the following:

Red LED
Solid - Do not Disturb / Send all calls enbabled
Slow Blink - Line is ringing
Fast Blink - Line in use

I assume the green LED works but I cannot put the phone / line into any condition that lights up those green lamps (other than the DBM initial power on).
I cannot locate a user guide for these DBM32's.

What do the green indicators mean?

Green lights are used for ownership. If you are on a line, it shows green on your phone. If someone else is on their phone, it shows red. If you had line appearances/bridged appearances/etc then the green lights would come into play on those buttons. It sounds like you have them as speed dial/status lights so they will only show red as they are only being used to show other phone's status.

If you have a call to a user which has a BLF button then it shows green and red.
It could be helpfull though to read a user manual ( and I mean NOT the quick guide ).

That's because they work the same as the 1416 they are connected to, read the user guide for that phone and it will explain their working.
