DBGrid1 does not clear old rows after populate new rows

I have a problem with this little project because the dbgrid does not clear old rows after populate new rows. I had attached my for to take a look what the program do
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
before you re-populate. try using the .clear function.

If you do a refresh on the DB, the grid should update and clear all old rows. The alternate is of course to follow cucuzz0's idea and use the clear property.
