DBC42502 Password and Directory Download

I have three DBC42502 phones which I cannot log onto, either the web interface or SSH. I receive an invalid password, when using the default Telephone as password. The remainder of the phones all with the same firmware, installed on the same subnet, and using the same software server, I have no problem with. I use the default password "Telephone" on all the others with no problem. How can I reset the password and gain access to these phones. The soft ware revision on all phones is :
5220 R3A/R7M/R3T1 DBC42502

It should be possible to download a telephone directory to the phones. How can this be achieved?

Have you tried using 'Ericsson' as the password?

It is encrypted within the config file of the phone, try this first though.
