Do you mean how to switch between headset and handset?
The below is from ALEX
"To program the option unit functions, OPTION UNIT FUNCTION MODE must be selected by pressing buttons C, * and 1 simultaneously during 1 second. The present setting is then indicated by the four bottom LEDs of the DTS.
LED Number LED ON LED OFF
6 PC-Audio Tape recorder mode
7 Headset mode Extra handset
8 Busy signal Extra bell
9 HA level Normal level
To change the settings the corresponding buttons can be pressed and the change of status will be indicated by the associated LED.
To exit the programming mode press # or wait 30 seconds. The settings will now be permanently stored in the DTS until they are re-programmed."
It could be that the speaker is being activated because the handset is "on-hook". Remove (or unplug if it's not being used) the handset and try again.
Hi Slash,
sorry, problem was not "correctly told to me"
ok this is it, department has 10 or so ACD phones (3213 type) they work, some phones ALREADY prog'd but not used, they have now been used but what happens is that when you try and log on get the message "FAILED TO UNLOCK"
NOW. the set-ups from the non-working phones and working phones are exactly the same.
they dont LOCK/UNLOCK the phones, simply press a log on button (TNS set up as b73a26910a and a73a26910b)
1. Are your ACD-phones correctly initiated as members in a ACD-group? (ACGMI:GRP=...,DIR=...,CLT=..,PRI=..
2. Is the ADC-parameter of ODN and ADN set correctly? (D1 should be 1)
3. Is there a functionkey with an ADN (wich should be the ACD-member)? (KSANI:dir=...,adn=...,key=..,cat=..)
4. Is your AUCOI set on DIR or AUTH? (Must be AUTH, not DIR) Use command AUCOI:AUTH=...,CILCOD=...,CAT=[same CAT as ODN],CHECK=YES;
