Hi All,

I am having an intermittent issue where a users calls are dropped. There doesn;t seem to be any pattern to this - it is quite random. Sometimes they are able to make calls successfully all day, other times not.

I am the data engineer mainly, so i have looked into the network side of things and all appears to be fine, i also http'd onto the phone in question and found the following line in the debug log:

08-11-05 14:53:55.480 tNbioLog: 2:66 is using my IP address 172.26.248.21!

This looks suspiciously like a dduplicate IP sort of message - is it anything to worry about?

The phone has been swapped out with a new one - but kept the original IP as all IPs are manually assigned to phones.

Many thanks

Jonathan

If there is a device on the network that has the same ZIP address as the phone you will have problems.
