DBase IV how to save my stock in a new table

Hello,
I am using DBase III and Virtual Dbase IV as a live stock management system but I am not finding where are saved the dbf table with the stock data in order to export it under xls.
Can you please advise how to generate a new dbf table with my stock data? or where should I found the stock table in dbase.
I am novice user wihout programming skills.

Hi,
In your file explorer search for *.dbf and the result should show all the dBase files. You then have the names to give you access to these files.
