DBA Displays All Zeros

I Have a 3904 with a DBA connected it displays all zeros
Any Idea

Often this is due to the "0" on the dial pad being stuck down.

by DBA, do you mean a data buffer?

I am gettin the Zeros on all three pages of the DBA. The
Phone works fine

This is an expansion Module DBA.

Yes that is what my customer has it was working fine up until a few weeks ago
