I have set-up various maitenance plans with the reporting
option enabled. I want to email 2 operators reports.

1. I checked the "E-mail report to operator" check box
2. I added 2 operators with separate id's to the drop
down box. They are listed as separate id's in the drop
down.

The problem I am having is it only seems to email reports
to the operator that shows as the default(the one shown in
the drop down without clicking the down arrow). Why is
this happening? Shouldn't email all operators in the drop
down?

I know I can add multiple email addresses to the "email
name" box under the same operator id but I need to add
multiple net send id's. I tried id1; id2 in the "net send
address" box but that does not work. Is there a way to
add multiple net send id's?

I think the operator in the drop-down is the only operator it will email (you can have more than one operator in the drop down to choose from).

A solution would be to get your NT/2000 administrator to set up an email group called something like SQL_ERRORS and put all the operators into this group. Then just have SQL Server send an email to that group address. All the people who are a member should receive it. Regards,

Thanks for your reply. I also thought of that but it does not solve the net send problem. I would like to have multiple net send id's.
