Here are two notes. can anyone here assist?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We are suddenly experiencing echo. The CO wants us to verify what our db levels are. I am separated from my resource materials for the day. Can anyone tell me where to look to find this type of information? Is it in LD 15?

Stumbled on to LD 73. I printed the PAD for PRI and got the following:

ONP 6 0
DSET 6 0
OPX 6 0
DTT 0 0
SDTT 3 0
DCO 3 0
DTO 0 0
VNL 6 0
SATT 6 0
ACO 6 0
ATO 6 0
PRI 0 0
PRI2 0 0
XUT 6 0
XEM 3 0
BRIL 0 0
BRIT 0 0
WRLS 0 0

This is an option 11C with ISDN/PRI T1's to the carrier. I believe that they have always been built as TIE. The carrier said to look for a pad of around 6 but, I don't know which parameter should be 6. Anyone have a clue?

no matter where you go, there you are.

The pad values you have are Nortel's defaults for Pad Category 1 DTI/PRI values. According to the NTP's, the pad prompts above are as follows:

PRI = 1.5 Mb/s PRI/DTI trunk
PRI2 = 2.0 Mb/s PRI/DTI trunk

The defaults for those are Rx=0 and Tx=0, just like you have. Hope this helps!
