Our system didn't automatically adjust for Daylight savings time. Now it will not let me manually adjust it, keep getting errors. Any ideas?

What errors are you getting, and what type/release is your system?

I am getting TFC 200 & TFC 005 & TFC 000

I have pwd2 access, verified settings and still getting the error.

I don't think you're entering the syntax correctly. Look at the link I provided. You may want to try with CAPS on.

I always do a ttad before so you can see the exact way it is looking for input.

Put on caps and still nothing. I am entering it right -
STAD 09 03 2009 08 30 00
Went up to switch to enter to see if it makes a difference and as soon as i input STAD 09 - i get TFC200 error.

Show us a ttad in ld 2. Maybe your date starts with 2009 and not the day?

Thats weird if you are getting illegal character input on 2 different terminals

If you are Release 5 or up, you are not logged in with PWD2

bigindian65 - yes we have a sig server
GHTROUT - I have call into my tech as well as that's the PWD2 level access he gave me. I've always been able to adjust the time with those credentials up until today.

You can prove/disprove that by LD22 REQ PRT TYPE PWD

are you running NTP Time and Date DST on the sig serv? This may negate ld 2 adjustments.

Yes, we are running NTP time - is there something our network people need to do for us telephone people?

So you are logging in with USER ADMIN2 ?

No, you have to do your thing from the Sig Server, not ld 2, but I would check on their data side adjustment as well.
