Daylight Saving?

Hi,

Is there a means of determining if the client has daylight saving switched on and adjusting the time that is returned?

I did some looking around and could find nothing on the matter, I think a soulution to this COULD be to have a combo box with the different time zones then go from there by just updating there time from the server using DateAdd function. There maybe another way but this is what I figured out right now..
