Hey everyone :]

I have a strange problem where people call in and while listening to our Day Menu about 1 in 10 times the call will either drop them completely and dead silence will occur OR it will transfer them to our #1 option without them pressing ANYTHING on their phone. The dbgview output always says:

VMClient::DtmfDetect 03E1BAA8 '1' at 40, length 240 - session:2212
Executing request to run node Main_AA.Transfer MARC.0

But nobody pressed 1 on their phone at all, and it also drops them entirely other times. Is this a line noise problem? Or some kind of cross-talk issue? How would I know or be able to test it?

BTW we are running VMPRO 3.2 (28) with IP403's on version 3.2 (53)

Rerecord the Day menu....Somewhere in extisting one there is a tone that sounds like the 1 DTMF..

I can re-record it but it's the same one we've used before there was ever a problem... it just started happening randomely like 2 months ago. Also what would cause the calls to cut off and be silent while listening to the day menu.wav ?

the calls cut off if the voicemail thinks there is a tone heard and it might wait for another tone to complete the dialing process, or if the tone is one not used or if it times out then it will disconnect you, that is what voicemail pro does if you press a wrong button except if you have a newer release 4.2 and specify to play a voice prompt to tell people that they did something wrong.
Like nystech said rerecord and see if that fixes it, wouldn't be the first time.

Hey it seems to have worked! At least as far as I can tell. Unfortunately the VMPRO service keeps freezing on this new PC randomely every few hours or so, have no idea why nothing shows in event viewer or anything. Weird lol. Thanks though! <3

Does it do that every two hours ?
If yes then check the license, if it says invalid you have a license problem
