Day end processing could not complete due to errors

Hi All,
Would you kindly urgently help please? Sitting in the middle of monthend processing and our day end fails with the error above. We are running EPR 500 ver 5.4 on MS SQL Server 2005. We suspect that the error is caused by entries in the order --> shipment --> invoice process in OE. We ran day end with DBSpy and RVSpy and no records were identified as problematic.

Look at the Rvspy logs again, the answer is in there.

If RVSpy does not show any errors then there should not be a problem.
RVSpy will report ERROR for each error, search from the bottom up in RVSpy until you find the problem.
The Accpac error message will also be a bit more specific than what you posted, what is the error message?

Hi guys, thanks for the prompt responses. RVSpy really does not identified any erroneous records. We have noticed that the day end procedure fails on a specific shipment in IC. However in the GUI the record displays fine. Also the record before and after this record displays fine.

I still say RVSPY will give you a clue to the problem. Make sure you send the RVSPY log to a file, then from the top, search for that shipment number.

RVSpy will log the error, check you settings in RVSpy for the number of lines recorded, and send it to a text file as well.
Stop the logging in RVSpy once you hit the day end error as well.
