Davox Ensemble Connection To Definity G3r - Question

Dose anyone out there have a Davox Ensemble connected to a Definity G3r. If so what are you using for a TSAPI server off of Map-D.

This is what we installed onto the Definity in order to connect the Davox Dialler:

ASAI CORE RTU G3R
ASAI-PLUS G3R
RTU-CV MAPD SFTW
MAP D Call Center Platform
G1 Ship Loose
Call Classifier
Predictive Dialling Software

We have Davox Ensemble connected to our G3R, we use T-Server set up by Davox (or concerto I think their called thesedays!)and use Passageway as the CTI component, one point I thought you may find interesting, we use Compaq I-Paqs here running win98 and office apps. For some reason because of the build of the I-Paq and running win98 we have severe lagg in screen pops (1minute 39 was our longest recorded)in retrospect we would have probably avoided this by going for Unison and having a telnet based session rather than web based.

Is the Passageway software loaded on the CTI server or is it from Map-D?
 
This post is initiated out of reporting issues on our Davox agents.

In short, whenever I initate an outbound only campaign, my agent is never explicitly logged into the station under their ID. Davox delivers calls to the device, but there is next to no measurement because they are not officially logged in...

However when we initate an inbound and outbound campaign (blend), the agent is logged in fine. When the agent swings to outbound he/she is put in AUX. How can I make my outbound only campaigns log the agent in and put them in AUX?

We have been successful in measuring the agent just fine when we manually log the agent in before an outbound only campaign, but we are unhappy with the training issue and we'd like to do it within the toolbar.

Is there a setting with in Unison that governs this activity?
