Dave! Old! Flash sound disappearing act 2

Hi guys,

I'm having a little problem and was wondering if you could take a look at this url, if you have the time and desire to do so, of course.
Here is the problem : we've made a flash film for a client and when we look at it on our MACs everything is fine and the sound plays ad nauseum. Now, my clients tell me that on their pc"s the sound plays once, when they click on the link, and then no matter what, they cannot make the sound play again, even if they cut and paste the url! I'm at a loss. Any idea?? Do you encounter the same problems as them on your pc"s?

Hooray! it works now!
ok explanation : the looping fonction fails in the pc format when the sound is simply put on the main time line on a layer. Of course at the end of this film the animation loops too, so may be that created a problem too.
How we rectified it : Took the sound , put it into a movie clip, gave it enough frames for the entire sound to play, made a layer and put an action on it on the last frame to go to first frame play, creating a movie clip loop. Then put all that on main time line on frame 5 and gave enough blank frames to fill out the entire time line. Voila.

right..i can barely speak good english..you should here the things that come from my mouth sometimes..sheesh..and the bad thing about that is i've lived here my entire life..me speaking french..right..although i do know alot of french culinary terms from my training as a chef..i know some culinary terms, but spelling them in the proper way..that's another story..
