Hello

Im creating a report using topspeed database files as a source (.TPS). The problem im having is that the dates are stored as numbers in the database and when the report generates its doing something to the format. For example 19/11/2003 becomes 72,795. I cant figure out why its doing this at all

Help please

Cheers Croaks

What format is it stored in?

Try using a formula to convert it into a crystal date format - eg CDate ({table.datefield}) as the number you are getting is probably the number of days since Dec 30 1899 :)

Cheers, It was the ODBC settings, just set it so it knew which fields contained date

Thanks very much
