function WORKDAY can calculate a date from start Date & duration , excluding weekends & holidays.

How to calculate a date , excluding holidays but including weekends?
 
I think you would need a UDF for this as I don't believe there is a standard function that would do this. A udf would involve VBA so please confirm you are ok with this before I write something for you

A User Defined Function

It's like a macro in that it uses the Visual Basic editor and requires VBA but you can use it on a worksheet. To be honest, if you don't know what a UDF is at this point, it probably isn't the way to go
