Dates between rehire/Term 1

I have a basic rehire/Term report. I need to only pull anyone who was rehired with in 14 days of termination. The thing is that we have people who have been termed and rehired more then once....Any suggestions?

I'm on Enterprise 3.

This is a little harder then you may think. I would assume you just want the last term/rehire pair of JOB records.

I started by adding a JOB table and giving it an alias of JOB_TER. Then I added a JOB table and gave it an alias of JOB_REH. I then linked using JOB_TER.EMPLID = JOB_REH.EMPLID. Then in selections you need to convert the TER Effective Dating Selection Critera to SQL and edit the SQL so you only get the last TER record. Then you do the same with the REH Effective Dating Selection Critera so you only get the last REH record. (WHAT did he say, look at the screen printes to see how to do this). Then add a derived field to figure out the days between the TER and REH events. Use this derived field in the selections.

I know this is a bunch to understand but look at the screen prints and it should make sence.
