I used to submit a lot to this forum but have not touched Access for over a year now so I am just getting back into the shape of things.

I have a basic form which has a field named Date Due - I need the user to input a number of days and the result will display all records which are due within the next # of days. I have done this before but have been scratching my head for long enough now trying to figure it out.

Please help me......i'm dying... Lamaar75@hotmail.com

A user types 10 into a text box called text1 (form is called form1).

in the criteria of the query, can't you place:

between date and date() + forms!form1!text1

this should display all reocrds where the date is between now and 10 days.

Make a new field in a query called No Of Days. Try linking this Query For the field named Date Due. In the Query
criteria field for the No. Of Days field type [Enter No. of days]+Date() Make this field not showing. Put the rest of the fields in the query to show all the required records.

Thanks guys.

I've probably confused you both with what I wanted - I think this Access thing has sent me mad.

The criteria I eventiually ended up with was this:

Between Now() AND Now()+[Days:]

Thanks again
