Hello everyone
Getting back into working with Access and I'm rusty

I need to create a query where I pull employees 90 days from current date and change their status to inactive.

Date is defined as mm/dd/yyyy
Thanks

Thanks so much.. I'm getting there..

JonFer in the last sql is that saying

what is the dateserial is that a redefine of year and then
take "Year" in Eval Due and add 3 years ?

I'm somewhat a entry level with SQL

Right now 80% of records are Last Eval = Eval Due which is wrong;
My goal is to update Eval Due (3) years from Last Eval Date. Other records are way off and i was just doing it manually.

mespa,

Suggest you restate the goal...

Jonfer gave two ways to advance the year in [Eval Date] by three. I thought you were focusing on entries from the year 1998 whereas his examples advance by three all entries containing 1998, 1999 or 2000.

HTH,
Bob [morning]
