date problem

The date on a novell server says 2036 and this is affecting clients who connect to the server.  How do i change the date to the current. Is this a Y2K problem (The machine is a Pentium 100) with either the machine or novell v4.??
 
Are all the latest patches applied? <br><br>To display the date and time kept by the NetWare server's clock, type the following at the server console:<br><br>TIME &lt;Enter&gt;<br><br>To set or change the date and time kept by the NetWare server's clock, type the following at the server console prompt:<br><br>SET TIME [mo/day/yr] [hr:min:sec] &lt;Enter&gt;<br><br>If you don't specify a.m. or p.m., NetWare 4.11 uses a 24-hour clock. For example, if you enter 1:00, the time is set to 1:00 a.m. If you enter 13:00, the time is set to 1:00 p.m.<br><br>
