yah, well I have a blog and the day of the week the month and day of the month is put above the message. Well all the dates say October 10. And no I didn't post everything on the 10th either. Any ideas?
(my site is )

I use:::
<?PHP print date(" D. F n"); ?>
as the code for the date and I simply have the date set as the value for a hidden form field and then publish it to a text file using fopen() ???

Isnt ure last date the tenth of october? so u are parsing the messages but u overwrite the date constantly?

And what do u mean publish it in a text file? u are having a weblog (excuse me for not saying blog, i hate the word) that is using plain text files? or do u have a database? mcvdmvs

Maybe the point in ("D. F n") is doing that?
And is ure timestamp correct?
Where do u get the timestamp from and how are u writing it to the file?
Im wondering why the day is correct but the daynumber is not.
Are u using setlocale to set the locales for time?

Im fishing as u are, i dont know either... never encountered this problem mcvdmvs
