Date format!

Hi everyone!

I've been looking all over internet for a way to change the date and time format on the AVAYA IPO 500 V2. I have tried all the ways I have figured out on internet including the phone central option without succeeding. The closest I have been to solve it was changing the locale system to UK buuut the problem was that some people don't like the British accent on the system and also the time profile changed to 24 hours instead of 12 am and pm. What else can I do? They want to have the system with date format DD/MM/YYYY, time 12 hours am and pm and US accent for the attendants.

The system is running IPO 8.0 (44) with voice mail pro and all phones are 9620C.

No, it isn't that granular, it goes on what the majority want/expect in that region
